Terms and Conditions for Virtual Classes – Math Craft Virtual Academy
Classes VI–XII (Mathematics), Classes XI–XII (Economics) & Spoken English (Summer Vacation Edition)
Eligibility: Open to students in Classes X–XII for Mathematics and Classes XI–XII for Economics, or parents/guardians enrolling on their behalf. Minimum age: 14.
Registration:
Mandatory via Math Craft Virtual Academy website, mobile app, or authorized platform.
Accurate details (name, contact, class, subject, school board) required.
Two-factor authentication may be required for account security.
Class Details:
Live virtual classes via Math Craft’s secure platform.
Duration: 60–90 minutes; schedule and access links provided post-registration.
Aligned with CBSE/ISC/State Board syllabi for Mathematics (VI–XII) or Economics (XI–XII).
Interactive tools (quizzes, polls, whiteboards) used.
Participation:
Stable internet (min. 5 Mbps), compatible device (laptop/tablet), and Zoom/Google Meet access required.
Punctual attendance mandatory; late entry restricted after 10 minutes.
Disruptive behavior (e.g., unauthorized screen sharing, spamming chat) may lead to immediate removal.
Fees and Payments:
Course fees detailed at enrollment; payable via UPI or secure payment gateway (if active)
Late payments incur 5% penalty after 7-day grace period.
Refunds per Math Craft’s policy: Please check our refund policy.
Content and Usage:
Class content, including recordings and materials, proprietary to Math Craft; no recording, reproducing, or sharing allowed.
AI-generated summaries and practice questions provided for personal use only.
Unauthorized distribution may lead to legal action.
Conduct:
Respectful behavior mandatory; harassment, bullying, or offensive language prohibited.
Math Craft may suspend/terminate access for violations, with no refund.
Data Privacy:
Personal data (name, contact, performance metrics) protected per Math Craft’s Privacy Policy and applicable data‑protection laws.
Optional analytics for personalized learning; opt‑out available.
No data sharing with third parties except for platform functionality.
Technical Issues:
Math Craft not liable for participant’s internet/device failures.
99.9% uptime guaranteed for Math Craft’s platform; rescheduling offered for outages exceeding 15 minutes.
24/7 tech support via chat/email.
Cancellations/Changes:
Math Craft may cancel/reschedule classes due to unforeseen events (e.g., instructor illness, cyber threats) with 24 hour notice.
Participants must notify cancellations 48 hours in advance; no-shows forfeit make-up classes.
Liability:
Math Craft not liable for indirect damages (e.g., missed exams due to technical issues).
Maximum liability limited to course fees paid.
Accessibility:
Classes designed for inclusivity; captions and screen-reader support available.
Request accommodations (e.g., sign language interpreter) 7 days in advance.
Termination:
Math Craft may terminate access for non-compliance, non-payment, or suspected fraud.
Participants may terminate enrollment with 14 day notice; pro‑rata refunds apply.
Force Majeure:
Math Craft not liable for delays/cancellations due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government restrictions.
Acceptance:
Enrollment or class access implies agreement to these terms.
One‑on‑One (1:1) Virtual Classes:
Scheduling & Access: 1:1 sessions scheduled individually; confirmed via email/SMS with unique access link.
Duration & Format: Standard session length: 60 minutes; extensions subject to additional fees and mutual agreement.
Rescheduling & Cancellation: Participants may reschedule or cancel 24 hours in advance without penalty. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) not allowed and fee will not be refunded.
Confidentiality: All 1:1 session discussions and materials are confidential; Math Craft will not share personal performance data outside authorized personnel.
Conduct & Etiquette: Professional behavior expected; disrespect or unprofessional conduct may result in session termination without refund.
Technical Requirements: Stable internet, webcam, microphone, and approved software required. Math Craft not responsible for technical failures on the participant’s end.
